2 pounds! (or, Paleo progress)

I started Paleo on Monday, at 195.6, where I'd been for a few weeks without change. Yesterday I was 194.8, so almost a pound gone. Today, I was 193.8! So in two days I've lost almost 2 pounds! Obviously I'm not updating my tracker with these, but the numbers are encouraging! I haven't been as low as 193 since June, I believe! Hope I can see the 180's in a few weeks. emoticon

Today I'm back to a better menu- eggs with spinach and mushrooms, salad with baked chicken, some raw veggies for snacking, and a bit of fruit and cheese. Dinner will probably be either ham again or a piece of fish with roasted cauliflower/onions/mushrooms. We've had a piece of marlin hanging out in the freezer for a while- maybe I'll ask Joe to cook that for me. Otherwise, got plenty of tilapia fillets. Yum!

I've got to go make my breakfast and lunch. but just wanted to update with my progress!

Yesterday I drank 4 liters of water- whattt? Awesome, as I've been slacking in the water department the past few weeks. I bought a couple liter bottles of sparkling flavored water for a change, still have half of one left so I'm going to mix some into my regular water for a more subtle taste. They're yummy and cheap though so I might be buying them more often. Probably better for me than the sugar-free mixes I use too.

Also, Bre told us that in class last night we did 100 SQUATS! And it really wasn't that tough.

    100 squats!!!! OMG! I do only 54 a day with my daily challenge and I hate it! Congrats! That is wonderful. Are you able to walk today? hehehehe Hey! I'm still waiting for a picture of that haircut! emoticon
