I grew up watching Richard Simmons when he was on TV...does anyone else remember that show?? lol. I know, I am showing my age! I love his enthusiasm...at the end of each show i remember he would have a little sit down and ask the question, "what will you save on when you lose weight?" There were always some good answers...junk food, soda, fast food, buying smaller clothes, etc...i always wanted someone to say shaving cream cuz your legs aren't as big...lol...don't ask my why i have this random memory, but i can remember waiting for someone to say it after each show...and nobody ever did...lol. I do know that toilet paper would not then nor now ever be one of the answers...lol... i think i am doing somewhat good with going pee every hour (sorry, tmi)...and that's just with my normal 8-10 cups of water a day... and coffee of course...but they say you should be drinking half your body weight in ounces...so if you weight 200 lbs, that is 100 ozs...that is a little over 12 cups... and uh...i weigh more than 200 lbs...so i need to drink more than that...i would need to drink just over a gallon of water...and have been hitting pretty close to that...but that also means...yea...see above...lol. I can tell you for sure what i am not saving on!!!
