While I was waiting for the shower

Wednesday, February 27, 2013

I was out of town, staying with relatives, waiting for my turn in the bathroom and I felt compelled to exercise. So I did: lunges, one arm rows, bicycles, and a plank. Wbat a good feeling.

As far as eating gluten-free, it was more of an awareness exercise. My family is really into food but it's not especially healthy. Eating at home is manageable but I'm glad I'll have more practice in managing a GF lifestyle before eating with extended family.
FYI. I chose gluten-free because it is gentle on my digestive system - colon cancer veteran - and it eliminates my sugar cravings.

It's a good thing you were waiting for the shower and not the john.
