We must not slack on the challenge any longer!! I know I've been slacking A LOT and that's not good. It isn't hard to do these things... there's no reason why I can't keep up with it. So this week I want to focus on completing each day of the challenge completely. We have exercise days coming up and I hate them usually because after I do my training, the last thing I want to do is more exercise. But I'll do it anyway! We must keep going. I think it's important to complete this challenge for ourselves.
So last week I had my wisdom teeth out and that was not fun. I ate mostly unhealthy stuff that was soft... like mashed potatoes, soup, spaghetti o's (those were delicious, haven't had them since high school hahah), ice cream, applesauce, etc. Didn't feel bad though.
I'm feeling good going into this week. I actually kind of missed working out with my trainer, which has never happened before. I hope this is the beginning of a change in my mentality toward exercising.
I'm working to focus a lot on my eating at the moment... I've been slacking a bit. I bought stuff to make for my lunches (a nice wrap with veggies and chicken) and then I made top sirloin steaks for dinner with veggies.
Feeling pretty positive overall, though. Let's hope that positive attitude can continue for the rest of the week.
