Day 10 Check In

Hello. Already late and I still have work to do, so I'll keep this short and sweet. I have been keeping up with my exercising and sticking to my rules. Although I did 30 minutes of exercise yesterday, but forgot to do my crunches, so today in addition to my 20 minutes on the elliptical I also did 80 crunches. Then, because I knew it would make my little sis happy, I did about a dozen burpees with some extra push-ups thrown in because I was so mentally tired I kept forgetting to get back up after just one. Kept finding myself saying, "three, four, five . . . Oh heck!" LOL Better too many than too few, I guess. Also, since my hubby and I had a date night on Sunday I had my carby treat then and did NOT have one tonight even though the treats at my women's bible study looked REALLY yummy! :) Go me!
