So I have been doing this for about 3 days and keep forgetting to track me food and exercise. I'll learn hopefully.
Right now I am trying to get into a daily routine, it has been a lot harder than I thought, I really enjoy my sleep but in order to workout I need to get up before my son. Hopefully tomorrow will be my day! Right now I am going through Pinterest finding exercises and food ideas that might help me out and maybe make things a little easier.
