So of course I will have a lot of small goals along my health-conscious journey but I think that for the milestone goals (10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, etc.) I will plan goals I really, really want for myself. Since I've already passed 10 I've already rewarded myself for that.
10 pounds lost - Ate Mexican Food... this WAS a reward! lol
25 pounds lost - New bed sheets (hey... I'm into sleep. lol)
50 pounds lost - Manicure
75 pounds lost - Weekend Trip (destination TBD)
100 pounds lost - New Hairstyle, Massage, Makeover (Pampering! :) )
125 pounds lost - A few new nice outfits
150 pounds lost - Trip to NYC
175 pounds lost - A few (more) new nice outfits
200 pounds lost - Trip to Las Vegas
I might have to just save for ONE big trip at the end instead of NYC and Vegas... but either would be fine with me! :)
Any suggestions for smaller rewards that you guys have enjoyed?
