Husband has 3 compacted vertebrae in His lumbar region

Wednesday, February 27, 2013

We found out today the results of his X-rays. He has 3 compacted vertebrae in his lumbar region. No wonder he is in so much pain. The chiropractor won't touch him. He said he might make things worse. He sent us back to his primary Dr. He said we should have an MRI done. He gave me a copy of the X-rays to take with us. Isure do hope something can be done for him.
Thanks for all your prayers and concerns Spark friends.

emoticon Been there done that at the age of 17. I had my 1st back surgery. I have had pain ever since & I am now 32. Back surgery is the worst but when your disks are on your spinal cord cutting off feeling and being able to move, what can you do. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Take care.....

Thank goodness you now know what is going on. I will continue to pray for an "easy" fix....and less pain. Try not to stress....I know - easier said than done.

So relieved to hear that at least the problem has been pinpointed and now you'll be able to get the attention he needs from the Dr., hopefully some pain medication at least. Prayers continually sent on his behalf.

My dear friend, I'm so sorry to hear this about your hubby, no wonder he has been in such pain...I do hope they follow-up with an MRI and see what other treatment options are out there for him. My prayers will be with your husband looking to Jesus for total healing...Praying that your husband will be treated with some form of pain management so he will get some relief...My heart goes out to both of you... emoticon emoticon emoticon

I wish the best for your husband! My husband has a severe back problem with 3 deteriated disks, nerve damage and and spinal stinosis. He lives and breathes pain and they can't do anything to help him. It is hard for him and me. I hope your husband gets some relief. Hugs to you!
