When I've been eating healthfully and exercising, my scale seems to be stuck, or worse, creep upwards! However, when I go over my allotted calories for the day, my weight seems to trend down. Too many days in a row of too many calories, and the weight jumps back up. I'm frustrated. I'm eating at the upper end of my Sparkpeople range to keep my metabolism from slowing down. In the past, my healthy habits of eating well and exercising always resulted in 1-2 lb weight loss each week. What's happening? Why am I not seeing results for my hard work??
