Today my Dear Friend PeppyPatti had this quote on her blog
“Anyone can hide. Facing up to things, working through them, that's what makes you strong.” by Sarah Dessen
It really struck home. Eating my feelings has been my health/weight downfall.
I am doing a LOT better lately.
But I have decided that it is not because of me myself. I have been taking generic Wellbutrin regularly. My insurance does not pay ANY of it, so I hadn’t been taking it. In fact I had not refilled it in 4 months, since it was FIRST filled. But this month I decided to REALLY try it.
It is like it has jump-started me again.
Remember, since December I have been OFF more than ON target with food and exercise.
PLEASE keep praying/sending good thoughts/keeping your fingers crossed.
If I keep on track, I KNOW the scale will move – in a GOOD DIRECTION !
Today I re-watched Randy Pausch's
The Last Lecture.
It is terribly SAD but also
amazingly INSPIRING !
I had forgotten about it. Am putting
a reminder on pc the to re-read/
re-watch once a month.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

Morris, an 82 year-old man, went to the doctor to get a physical. A few days later the doctor saw Morris walking down the street with a gorgeous young woman on his arm.
A couple of days later the doctor spoke to Morris and said, "You're really doing great, aren't you?"
Morris replied, "Just doing what you said, Doc: 'Get a hot mamma and be cheerful.'"
The doctor said, "I didn't say that. I said, 'You've got a heart murmur. Be careful.'"
Hope you had a Terrific Tuesday !
Have a Wonderful Wednesday !
LOVE and BLESSINGS !
