Spark hooked me back up with a friend and we are going to be each other's personal trainer just like Jillian!
We made a contract to do this for one month, no dropping out, no excuses!
We weigh in tomorrow morning for our starting weight for our first goal of losing -5%. Winner will get a $5 gift card.
Our daily goal starting Sunday is to blog our food plan and strive for a 100% day. Weighing and measuring our food portions and eating what we planned.
After 7 days, our goal is to have lost at least 1# each.
It sounds simple but since both of us are stuck at a certain weight range, we want to make sure we are progressing and not expecting a huge weight loss and then give up. Slow and steady, learning new habits each week.
Each day we will edit our blog to show the actual food eaten and be graded on our progress. As personal trainers for each other we will critique each other's daily accomplishments. After one week, we will see the results and know this is worth it.
Week 1: 3/3 - 3/9 * Track our food.
Week 2: 3/10 - 3/16 * Track food and add in one additional goal.
Week 3: 3/17 - 3/ 23 * Track food and add in another additional goal.
Week 4: 3/24 - 3/30 * Track food and add in another additional goal.
By March 31st, we will have achieved 4 new habits towards a healthy life and have lost weight!
