I got my exercise in early today and I did an extra 25 minutes. Then this evening I played Just Dance 4 with my daughter for 48 minutes. I could have kept going but she was tired out
So an old friend of mine posted on Facebook that she wants to do a Mud Run 5K in May and she is looking for girls to join her. I am very interested in doing it. It looks like a lot of fun. Who knows, maybe this could lead to me doing more of them.
So I did a quick search on SP and found a few different training programs for it. I feel like the Rookie Training Program would be the best for me.
But can I do it? I have never been a runner. Do I have the endurance and ability to even attempt the program? I guess I will have to think hard about this.
If anyone has any experience with this or has even be successful I would love to hear your story.
