The days are getting longer, the weather is getting,... wetter, breezier, nicer-ish and after watching the latest SparkCoach video it would appear that I will be changing my calorie intake.
First of all I stepped on the digi scale today and it read 174.2 pounds and then stepped on the regular scale and read 166 pounds! What's up with that?!! I realize that the digi scale isn't all that accurate, but why such a huge discrepency??
I have been working out 6 days a week for about 35 - 51 minutes following only part of Debbie Sieber's Tear It Up! dvd. It uses 5-8 pound weights and cardio moves. I have also been walking at least 2 -3 days a week (sometimes more if the weather permits), and i may sit on the ball and bounce/jog while watching tv in the evenings. My movement levels have been up and I am building muscle.
I logged in my new work out regime and weight and I am eating too much! I should be eating 1200 - 1300 calories and today I ate 1700 cals. and it was a pretty good cleanish diet, (I was hungry and split a bagel with my daughter), but other than that I didn't have any sweets or Girl Scout cookies today!!
So I guess it's back to the old drawing board and cutting out some non-essential items in my diet.
Guess I better go drink some more water.
