End of February approaching!
Today did 1 hour aerobic exercise in the afternoon
Did 15 min stationery bike.
I did 1 hour Beginner Zumba in the morning. I would hate
to see what the regular or advanced are doing?!?!
I stopped just one time, for about 30 seconds, leaned on a
bike, by the wall & said outloud "I CAN DO THIS". I got back
in & finished. It's really a big cardio workout.
Tomorrow I have a 1 hour Cardio workout that I am looking
forward to. I can do it! Feels Great.
Ate in my calorie limits.
