Week 7 & 8 of SP

I finally hit my weight goal. I never thought I would see 129. I hate to admit it but I fell off the wagon. I am still working out at least 3x a week, but my food is an issue. I have kinda been eating whatever I want. I am not tracking my calories. I need to start doing that again.

I guess I got overwhelmed. I went from having help with my daughter to being a single mom having to juggle everything. I think I am getting a routine worked out, so the future is looking a little brighter. I am just so tired at the end of the day. I have been working so much lately. My job is really physical. I am running around for hours on end.

Now I have to plan my daughters' birthday party. She will be turning 4 next week. Where has the time gone?? Thanks for all of the support. Hope everyone is having a great day!
