food - so-so. I know I'm doing some stress eating, but less than yesterday. Doesn't help that I'm having dental issues that affect what I can eat, no crunchy or cold, till I get to the dentist on Thurs.
exercise - on the run mostly, some stretching here and there, some heavy chores I hadn't had time to do since I got home. I haven't gotten off to a very good start on Winter 5% Challenge.
Things will calm down--too much--after daughter moves on Friday. We packed a suitcase of overflow items for her this evening and got my husband's stuff together since he'll be accompanying her.
