I'm gaining & losing the same 2 pounds! Bummer. But I have no one to blame but myself. Cheaters never win! So I need to back on track. Exercise is not the problem; it's the food intake. Today I started to track my food again.
Exercise was good this morning however, my hip is hurting tonight. I went to the store to buy the shakes and stuff that I need.
