Keep on being motivated!

I am really trying. I want to keep on exercising and keep on eating healthy foods. I have lost about 9 pounds. I want to keep on loosing more.

  I am really keeping myself motivated. I took a 35 minute walk today. Still need to stay away from McDonalds Cherry Pie and Apple Pie. I am loosing weight, and I feel great.

  When I can't walk outside, I do exercising inside.

  Sometimes if it is snowing it is hard to walk outside so I do exercise inside.
