Donít pass on pasta!
Give whole-wheat varieties a shot. They have more fiber and fewer calories and grams of fat compared to regular noodles. Top with a spiced-up marinara or steamed veggies and low-fat cheese. I really love the whole wheat might look nasty but it's not..Go ahead and dig in..Yummy..Yummy and good for yourTummy

    I love whole wheat pasta...coz its not mushy like the regular one and I love that chewy delish and I notice I dont require as much sauce or cheese for the extra taste...Mmmm craving some pasta with turkey shredded meatballss.... emoticon

    I use whole wheat tortellini in the tuna noodle casserole recipe in the Spark cookbook.
It is a really good recipe and the pasta makes it filling. Thanks for the reminder about whole grain pasta. emoticon

    It also leaves you less bloated and I just love me some whole wheat pasta also, I make mine spicy with very lean ground beef and it fills you quicker but you don't feel the bloat. emoticon
