Don’t pass on pasta!
Give whole-wheat varieties a shot. They have more fiber and fewer calories and grams of fat compared to regular noodles. Top with a spiced-up marinara or steamed veggies and low-fat cheese. I really love the whole wheat pasta..it might look nasty but it's not..Go ahead and dig in..Yummy..Yummy and good for yourTummy
