Hubby completed a sleep study last week and went back to the doctor today. The good news is that he is not having difficulty breathing and does not need any kind of nighttime apparatus. The doctor gave him a list of bedroom enviromental changes and routine changes and he is eager to use them. Guess what........they are the same things that I have suggested for years. Duh! More good news..............I have a devil of a time sleeping too and these changes will benefit me also. The doctor shared that it will take between 6 months to a year for our bodies to adapt and ensure that the changes are permanant. Count me in!
