Long Days Ahead (Day 5 of 5% Challenge)

I feel like such a loser today. Well, not really. After kind of being sidelined by hurting my knee, I haven't been able to get any sleep because of the pain and discomfort (yes, even after taking something for the pain). If it doesn't stop hurting soon I will go to the doctor. For now, it is business as usual.
Well, maybe not as usual. You see, because of the lack of sleep, I wound up sleeping in longer this morning...2 hours longer. That meant I had to work 2 hours later this evening. Being interpreted into having only enough time to eat, do my before bed routine and go to bed. In fact, I'm in bed as I type this. I usually try to crawl into bed by 8:30 so I can unwind and read until about 9 or 9:30, then fall to sleep.
With the 2 hours missing, that meant I didn't get my workout in today. I did walk a little at work and take stairs as usual, but I don't feel like it was enough. But if I work out at 7:30, I won't sleep at 9.
So, with that...I'm signing off, taking a sleeping pill, reading for a few minutes, then shutting the lights off. Tomorrow, I'll get up at 5am, shower, dress, and make the 45 minute commute to work, get there at 7, work until 4, come home and start my workout by 5.
