~Best workout yet!

Today was one of my best days yet on the treadmill. And probably couldve even done more but didnt want to get hurt. After all, I had just healed up from a slight neck injury and had felt just terrible physically. I was still working out through the headaches, pain and general off key feeling. I even started getting depressed. I am beginner and sometimes I wonder if this is worth my time...and of course this is pain talking.
But today was the day that gave me confidence that everything was going to be alright in my plans to become sucessful and continue to blast fat cells. Lol.
And just in case your wondering it was 400 cal burned in 50 minutes walking. For me thats a nice checkmark for the week so far.
I used to run 3 miles a day and am hoping to start jogging after some weight comes off. Cant wait!
