Its been an extremely dreary rainy day here in DC and since i didn't have work today going out in the chilly rain to hit the gym and get sweaty just didn't seem like a good idea, I'm pretty prone to colds unfortunately.
So a long barre day it is!

Ballet Core 10 min
Studio Shape Glutes & Core 10 min
Ballet Fit Core & Stretch 10 min
Dance Stretch 10 min
*water break*
Ballet Boot camp 30 min (aiming on doing this one daily)
2x Yoga stretch with Viva 10 min (also daily)
Total time 90 minutes
