I woke up the is morning at 8:00 I was feeling pretty good. Around 12 noon I did a 20 minute workout and made some phone calls. Then around 2 I laid down to take a nap in which I didn't wake up until about 5pm. I am used to taking such long naps my body is used to it I guess. I was planning on adding another 30 minute workout consisting of upper and lower body weight training and abs. Well since I seemed to be drained of my energy at which is 7:30pm I think I am just going to do a 20 min. Yoga video and call it quits for today.
