Ok, today wasn't perfect, but was alright. I went slightly off track when I ate 5 marshmallows. I also had a crappy lunch (as in, waterlogged veggies and flavorless shrimp), so I ended up running to the grocery store and picking up a pack of Oscar Mayer Carving Board chicken and eating about half of that (it's sooo yummy, but of course not nitrate free). I also had two Larabars today, 'cause I love them.... though I'm going to try to cut back to one or none a day. Dinner was a salad with ham, turkey, walnuts, tomatoes, and cranberries.
I thought we were doing spinning at my BeFit class, but Bre wanted to use some new medicine balls that the gym just got, so we did about 45 minutes of stuff with those instead (and stretches and warm up of course- class was an hour tonight). I used an 8 and a 12 pounder... my arms are sore! Burnt 525 calories.
I tried making a paleo pancake today for breakfast. It came out more like a crepe, so I chopped up a few strawberries to roll up in it with a drizzle of honey. It was good... a nice change from eggs, but it took a while to make so I'll probably only make it on days I really have a lot of spare time in the morning.
Chloe got a bug of outdoorsy stuff for Christmas, including bug catching jars. Joe just caught a huge spider and they are looking at it. I am hiding in the bathroom until it's dead- I HATE SPIDERS. We had a -huge- orb weaver living outside of our living room window all summer... it was terrifying.
Anyway, I'm off! Need to bake up some chicken for lunch tomorrow.
oh, PS- down a pound since yesterday. :-D
