Quick update

I have been doing good getting my cardio 4-5 times a week. Yoga for 2 days and Zumba for 2 days with Strength training after workouts and 1 day out of the week. I have been able to be consistent with this schedule for about a month and half. I am see results immediately! More energy, better sleep the list goes on. Eating habits for the first month I was consistent but something threw me off. With it being girl scout cookie season and the stress of my babies getting sick back to back it was a struggle. I didn't go over board but my carb addiction did kick in. This is exactly why I prefer a gluten free diet. I notice big difference in my mood, energy. I get so bloated as well with gluten. As a result of eating gluten I did not lose as much BUT I DID LOSE! I'm just a little behind schedule (groaning).
