Im so sick of being overweight. Im doing something about it yet in the process it still sucks and Im just ready to be to a point where Im SEEING results. Im sorry, Im just venting but I just feel like things are moving so incredibly slow..Im just so depressed right now.

    I know you're heard you didn't gain it overnight and you're certainly not going to lose it overnight. However, I do understand your struggle. Just imagine working out 5 days a week for an hour, eating on point and even fasting partial days for a full month only to not lose a pound! Or to be on this journey working out consistently for almost 8 months and the scale on showing a 22 pound loss. That's my story. So believe me I know your struggle and desire to see change. One thing I can say is that it will come - if you don't give up. I see slight changes. I've gone from a 20/22 bottom to an 18. I take photos and I see a slimmer face. But then I look at the flabby arms, the bloated stomach and I get a bit discouraged. God showed me last week when I fit comfortably into a size 18 pants that wouldn't nearly close in August - zip, button and look good on me. I was also reminded that when I originally brought these pants on my last journey of weight loss - I was 20#s lighter than I am now. So there is definitely changes happening in your body - it's just not the changes you REALLY want but it's working. Don't quit, vent, let it out and make it happen.

    Just keep tracking, drinking water and try cutting back one bready carbohydrate a day. It helped me. Good luck on your journey.

    Ah, I know how you feel! Me too... I was just reading someone else's blog about how exercise helps them feel less depressed. I'm going to try it. You should too! Hang in there! The hard work is worth it! emoticon
