It is not a new challenge for myself, or I suppose it is as it is part of my challenge to go to the gym more.

Challenge is one of the classes offered at my gym. It is one of the classes where a lot of guys participate as well, dance classes and Pilates don't seem to be that popular among guys so it is a nice variation of people, all at different fitness levels.
This class it toughest of any class that I have tried. It is basically different stations with one exercise at each station and four different stations in one route. the exercises are thirty seconds long then a five second "pause" in which you are supposed to change station and get ready for the next exercise. You do each route three times and then get a thirty second break to drink water and move to the next route. This goes on until you have finished all the routes and by this time you feel exhausted and would be ready to go home. But nah, at the end they have some special exercise for everyone to do. I am absolutely knackered by the end of this and feel good.
The exercises are all muscular ones, mainly the arms I think and even though I started not being able to do one proper push up, I am fighting my way trying to not lower myself that much and I also do modified ones.

If you ever have problems to fall asleep then I would suggest trying to find a class like this one, you will sleep really well too.

Well I suppose this isn't fun for a lot of people to read but it is fun for me to write it down and know that I can do it. emoticon
