Week 17 Day 1

It's been difficult to get 10,000 steps in today as our visitors didn't depart until the evening and by the time I finished working I was bushed. I managed 6,500 and will try and make up the remain 3,500 by doing extra for the rest of the week.
Stayed on track with nutrition - the lower end of my calories.
