Week 17 Day 1

It's been difficult to get 10,000 steps in today as our visitors didn't depart until the evening and by the time I finished working I was bushed. I managed 6,500 and will try and make up the remain 3,500 by doing extra for the rest of the week.

Stayed on track with nutrition - the lower end of my calories.

    Good for you! I think the challenge is to have a life AND stick to a healthy food plan, get our steps in, do our exercises, etc. etc. etc. emoticon
    I mean we are doing this to have a happier, healthy life. So we do the best we can. Flexibility is my word of the month! (Of course, at the same time keeping my eye on the prize!) emoticon

    don't worry that much about the steps , if you stayed within calories range that's the most important thing. some days are better with exercise and some times we can't do much. emoticon
