Back to work!

Well, I got back at it this morning. Hit the gym for an hour before work. Got a really nice ride in on the bike and bumped up the hill workout to the next level. I have work to do to make up for the weekend.  Itís all good though.

I will however say, I am not a fan of working out in the morning. I donít mind getting up early. But I am not usually ready for that level of activity that early. I did plan it pretty well though for being a rookie at A.M. workouts. I was a half hour later getting to the gym than I wanted to be, but I was only 15 minutes later to work than I figured I would be. I only did it since I had the kids tonight and it just gets way to busy since they go back at 8:30 it is almost impossible to make the gym and get a workout in by the time they close at 8:00.

I applaud those who go every morning. I canít do it. But it was a good workout and my only real complaint was that my time in the sauna was cut short. It was interesting having the entire cardio theater to myself. Although it was a horrible movie on the screen. Well, the story was good but acting and casting was beyond bad. 

And I am now about halfway through the workweek. I have 2 half days left this week. My sister has bursitis in her hip and is getting a cortisone injection tomorrow afternoon so I have to drive her. Then a half day on Friday before leaving town again. This is the year of Saabstory. I have quite a few trips planned and hope for more little weekend trips. It is shaping up nicely!

    I think I am going to be there early again tomorrow so I have time tomorrow night to do some laundry and pack for the weekend trip. I can get used to it if I need to because it is nice having the evenings free.

    Too bad. I must do my workouts in the morning. My body reacts much better to that time of day. Keep on doing it!!

    I do no tlike getting up in the am to workout!! I would rather wait and go late at night. LOL

Glad you had a good workout though!!

Wish I was halfway through my week. I still have 3 more days. LOL
