I came across these tips on FaceBook and knew I HAD to share them with my Spark Friends!! If you have been using the Treadmill to get your work outs in since the Weather is so bad, these Tips will help make those Minutes on the Treadmill More Fun!!
Run laps around the Treadmill until someone asks Why you are doing it. Explain that Running on the Treadmill is Too Boring.
When someone comes in and sets their Water on the Treadmill next to yours, yell "Aide Station!!" and Drink Their Water.
Make sure the Person on the Treadmill next to you sees you checking their Pace, then see how long it is before they start Racing you.
Show up at the Gym in Race Gear, Bib, Fuel Belt, Energy Gels, and Yell "GO!!" when you start your Treadmill.
Give the person on the Treadmill next to yours a Sign and tell them to hold it up when you get to Mile 5.
