After staying at the same weight for a week or so, I finally reached the 30 lb. loss mark!! I know part of it was due to a trip to Nashville and not sticking to my eating plan as strictly as I normally do but, I got in alot of exercise with a bit of walking.
I think I will be able to do more in the garden and yard this spring without tiring out so easily.
