I've been sparking for 2 weeks as of today, logging all my food and starting to exercise. Am down 7lbs, but more importantly am really feeling good and committed. And, most importantly - for the first time perhaps ever, in all my numerous starts and stops and "fails" and diets etc - this is perhaps the first time that I truly BELIEVE that it's possible for me to reach my goal - which is a total of 150lbs off (broke my tracker into halves, to make it more manageable).
So, I suppose today's progress is that I got one small cat off of me - aiming for a full person. :)
Feeling good, like the visualizations in the coaching area, I feel supported in my path, and very optimistic.
