WEll... I was struck with that nasty cold that lingers! The past 2 weeks weren't great with my TF workouts, but I did get some in, and did get in the treadmill as well. We began working on my workout room and have it drywalled, plastered, and now painted. Needless to say, I've burned calories that way as well. After gaining a few pounds, I'm down a total of 5.6 pounds in the past 2 weeks! I gave up soda/sweets for Lent and that is really helping me!
We celebrated my inlaw's 50th wedding anniversary 2 weekends ago and it was wonderful!
They are so special to me!! We also celebrated Valentine's Day and had a great dinner out!
I am hoping that this week will be a better week for me with my TF workouts.
