No fast food for five days.
It's crazy, I'm a total liberal foodie but find myself in the fecking drive-thrus, hoping I don't know the person behind me. What am I doing? I'm thinking that baby steps - five days without fast-food binging - would help me to build up a reserve of motivation that I can deploy on longer periods.
I know that losing weight is simply (ha!) a calorie game, I'm making my first move.
Today is Feb 26. Challenge ends March 2.
Suck it, paper bags full of grease! I turn my back on you!
