Hi everyone! I can really tell I am not smoking...patch is keeping me from being to moody though and keeping the cravings from becoming overwhelming. Unfortunately, I think I am gonna need a new appetite surpressant because I am starving within an hour of eating. Any Ideas? I have low blood sugar so not many diet pills are acceptable (and honestly I'd rather not use anything). Any suggestions appreciated. Good news is I have been on my feet for the past two days almost all day long cleaning house. My walls are clean (had to keep myself busy...lol) I don't think there is one dirty room in my home this week I have been constantly cleaning up!! I don't know how to track that on the fitness thing because it only has heavy housework and although I was cleaning everything for about 8 hours yesterday is seriously wasn't that "heavy of housework" ya know. So not sure how to go about even tracking that as part of my workout. Well hope everyone is having a great day!!!!!! :) Oh and I am staying tired less energetic (not that I had a lot of energy before) than before I quit. Gonna try a sleepy pill tonight (Kind of like Unisom) see if I can't get to sleep a little eaiser tonight and maybe have some energy tomorrow. :)
