I decided at the beginning of the year to really increase my level of exercise and i've done a great job so far. I've even noticed a change in my body. My stomach is getting stronger, my arms have lost a little of the fat and my butt's even smaller. But my scale is basically hovering over the same amount. I know I am probably gaining some much needed muscle but its driving me nuts that I can't seem to break that barrier and see my weight go down any more. I started off great and lost about 15lbs. But now, nothing. Its really hard not to get discourage and say to heck with the exercise. Hopefully I'll see a change soon. I can't grow muscle forever, right?
