Week 5 Day 2 was jogging in 8 minute increments. The weather was not so nice that day. The wind was blowing like crazy! I struggled with breathing because of it, I'm already huffin & puffin then trying to jog against it

Yesterday was week 5 day 3 and was jogging for 20 minutes without stopping. I was psyching myself out about it all weekend.
I did it
My speed still has a long way to go but I really didn't think that I was going to be able to do it without stopping! I didn't really look at the next training other than it's increments again. On a side note, I'm having pain in my leg, next to my shin running down my leg.
