I just joined Spark People's "Official 'Eat Better, Feel Fitter' Challenge." It's a four week challenge and I'm really looking forward to it. For one thing, it offers some suggestions for meals that I wouldn't normally eat such as Mediterranean Diet foods. I suppose.....no, I know.....that I'm not an adventurous eater. I'm usually reluctant to try new foods, but I've been considering it lately and I'm kind of looking forward to experimenting with a few new foods.
My challenge is twofold. First will be completing this four week challenge, then the challenge of following through on trying foods that are new and different to me.
