Week 2 Challenge: Workout Game

For this week's challenge, we were asked to create a workout game. I went to the link provided for inspiration and began to think about what I would create. I don't watch much television and don't watch any show regularly, so that really wasn't an option. Thank the Lord for creative team members though! I decided to do "Around the Apartment" workout game. I live fairly close to an international airport, with in five miles of both Saint Jude Research hospital and Leboheur Children's Hospital and there are at least two major rail yards in town. So I hear planes, train whistles and sirens quite regularly. Add in sounds from my neighbors and I've got me a workout!

Airplane - 5 situps (or push ups)
Neighbor slams door -5 jumping jacks
Upstairs neighbor pounds down steps/or train whistle - 10 squats
Every 5 pages read in Cross Sectional - 5 lunges each leg
Every 1 hour of study - 10 wood chops
Hear a siren - 1 min jog in place
