I just want to acknowledge that I have been on and off of this site now since 2007. I had a really amazing weight loss in 2007 (I think 30 pounds) then had my son, so I should go easy on myself about gaining weight after pregnancy but once I get to my goal... I am staying there! I feel more able to do that than I ever have before. I am making healthy choices most of the time, am exercizing a lot and feel different. I have 20 pounds to lose, which I will be able to do by summer if I put my mind to it and stick to my good choices. I wish I was a little further a long towards my goal, but I am really proud that I am getting there in a new way.
