Starting today I am going to track everything.
Everything I eat.
Everything I do. (or don’t do)
Everything I feel.
I think if I start tracking everything, the good and the bad, I can start to pinpoint the areas that are really giving me trouble. The areas that I should focus on making changes in… I hope that this will help me get going in the right direction. I hope…

    You can do it! It does work, for me in surprising ways usually. I thought I was so bad yesterday, and I just tracked everything I ate and I was in calorie range even with the stupid 5 girl scout cookies I ate! Usually I like to track before I eat so I know what I have for an allowance, but it works both ways sometimes!

    I'm with you. I believe tracking really does work. If I have an off day and don't track I feel guilty and know that I'm not eating correctly, but by tracking the good and bad, like you maybe I'll find out why I make the wrong choices...Thanks...sending skinny vibes your way.
