So for years I have been a spark member. You would think I would be skinny by now but sadly I am not. I struggle with having a unsupporting spouse who often sabatoges me. However, I have been cooking healthier since his return from deployment, eating out alot less and he is liking the food. He actually said the other day that he need to work out. He sees me get up every morning and workout for an hour, cook the kids breakfast, clean the kitchen and work out a little more until time to jump in the shower and get ready for work. He has started making healthier drink choices (cutting down on his sodas). He did however go to the store yesterday and bought cookies for the kids. BIG NO NO! But I did not say anything. When my daughter ask for a snack last night my husband told her she could have an orange or nothing. So at least he is not hand feeding her cookies. I think this lifestyle change is finally sinking into my husband and he is not bucking it as bad as he use too.
I had a great zumba workout this morning and I got over 7 hours sleep last night so YAHHHH! I have been having difficulty getting enough sleep so I feel much better this morning.
I am getting ready to book our spring break mini vacation and my husband actually suggested a place because he said "it is alot more walking." WHAT? He wants to move around more on vacation! Who stole my husband and replaced him with a man who is finally starting to get it. I like the new one much better! HA HA
