Shortcuts - everyone is always looking for an easy way out. But in life as in weight loss, there is no real short cuts. We are responsible for what we put into our mouth. Each night before going to bed a plan is made for activities to be done, food to be eaten, exercise to be accomplished.
Starvation is an easy thing to do but what happens the day after there is no food consumed? Our body reacts by wanting everything in sight. That shortcut does not work in the long run.
Be responsible in all things you do, living & eating. Enjoy every minute of every day.
