My Motivation for Today

What energizes me. Exercise- I was pretty tired last night, but I went to a great zumba class and felt wonderful after. Even though I went to bed later than I planned, and got less sleep; I feel more rested today.
I missed my zumba and Sunday, and I was dragging all day yesterday. So unplanned experiment, eating better and exercising makes you feel better. Who would have believed that??
I am still up a little from the weekend, so more water and exercise for me today.
