My Motivation for Today

What energizes me. Exercise- I was pretty tired last night, but I went to a great zumba class and felt wonderful after. Even though I went to bed later than I planned, and got less sleep; I feel more rested today.

I missed my zumba and Sunday, and I was dragging all day yesterday. So unplanned experiment, eating better and exercising makes you feel better. Who would have believed that??

I am still up a little from the weekend, so more water and exercise for me today.

I am a work in progress.

    Thanks for the thoughts and pictures. I especially like the last one. No exercise really makes a difference in how I feel, too. Even a little bit helps.

    I love the pictures! And yes you're absolutely right. I've felt like crap all weekend because of no exercise....okay okay okay also because of the stupid sinus infection. lol
