I do this every so often - a bit like changing hair colour! When I get the mood on that I want a restart after a bit of a blip then I start at 0 again. That does not mean I have not lost what I have lost previously but it means I don't get as overwhelmed I guess.
I think psychologically setting it back to 0 boosts me to get going again. I'm doing my little segments - bit by bit chipping into the bulk I need to lose and it is working so here's to WI this week. I think I will have gained given my bad behaviour but will see.
