A Review of Coach Nicole's Total Body Sculpting DVD

Tuesday, February 26, 2013

I received Coach Nicole's Total Body Sculpting DVD a while back and have had the opportunity to test it out. What I like most is that it is comprised of 3 shorter 20mins workouts - which you can do on their own or combine them. For me - my preference is to do the shorter ones and 20mins is MY magic number for length.

I tried each of the workouts - the DVD is comprised of a ballet-inspired barre routine (using a chair and hand weights) featuring simple dance-inspired movements to help you sculpt a dancer’s body; an equipment-free fat blaster that combines body-weight resistance training with athletic cardio intervals and a heart-pumping dumbbell workout that does double duty as full-body toning and cardio conditioning. I have to say that the following day I FELT the workouts in my muscles but it was a GOOD kind of hurt.

I liked how they demonstrated the various levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and that I was able to adapt according to my abilities.

This DVD will definitely be part of my "MIX" of workouts as I focus on increasing my strength training workouts to build more muscle as one of my main workout goals!!

The DVD is available at and in Target stores. Members can earn 250 SparkPoints when buying the DVD at a Target store (but this SparkPoints offer is only good through February 28). "Total Body Sculpting" is also available at other retailers as well - view a complete list here:
