I have been slacking. I havent done much for last year. I was so caught up with my new baby i havent had much time for anything. I tried going back to work. That didnt pan out well. I tried to change my diet, people just kept pushing my weakness at me. Said they didnt want me to change. But i got a new way of thinking now. Its time to look after me. So i have decided that i am going to try harder. Change my eating habbits, my excercise habbits and life style. I want to change for me and nobody else.

    you have the perfect motivator ~ that good lookiong girll in the mirror ~ any change you make has to come because of you (not to mention thaat little bundle of joy who looks to you for their needs too). Keep visualiizing yourself at your child's 2nd birthday- and how you want to be. as for the sabouteurs- the biggest reason they don't want you to show your strength in your healthy choices is because they are too weak and lazy to change themselves- if you improve, they lose their own "superiority"
