Fitness & Nutrition Program @ Work

I've sort of fallen into a rut lately. I'm not losing any more weight although I am losing motivation. Needing some Spark, I joined a Fitness & Nutrition program at work. The six-week program consists of nutrition coaching 1 day per week. This even includes 2 sessions in Food Lab learning new recipes! We also meet one day per week with a Fitness Coach.
Today was the first coaching session. We started with a mile run around the track.
Then on to general fitness testing. I have to admit that I was afraid of the testing part but didn't do as badly as I thought.
I aced the crunches
but had to bail out of the pushups.
At least now I know what I need to work on.
This emoticon... only in my dreams. LOL.
