Today was week 1 day 1 of the c25k program. I had graduated from this program about a year and a half ago. This time around I walked and ran faster than the last time. I am determined to do it right this time. I will take my recovery days. And I will cool down and stretch each and every time i do it. I am older and wiser this time around. Hopefully, no injuries this time!
