Week 1 C25K

Today was week 1 day 1 of the c25k program. I had graduated from this program about a year and a half ago. This time around I walked and ran faster than the last time. I am determined to do it right this time. I will take my recovery days. And I will cool down and stretch each and every time i do it. I am older and wiser this time around. Hopefully, no injuries this time! emoticon emoticon

    Oh no, you got injured the last time you did C25K? I am doing it right now. I am about to start week 6 day 2 I think. I have to run 8 minutes next time I run. Running EIGHT minutes scares me. I am even more scared to day 3 which is TWENTY minutes. TWENTY minutes of straight running. EGADS. I wish us both luck on this. We got it!
